So you enjoy good food, now you can have ‘Food with Benefits’.
The new loyalty card from The White Horse lets you earn points every time you eat out.

How does it work?

Once you reach 100 points you can claim a free starter or dessert or continue saving to a two course meal (400 points)! Either collect your two course meal using your points, or continue saving to a three course meal (500 points)

How do I get 'Food with Benefits'?

It’s really easy, just pick up a card from The White Horse and activate it in the restaurant or online at www.whitehorseteagreen.co.uk

How will you use my personal data?

We use the email address you provide when you sign up to keep you informed of special offers, we may also ask you about your dining habits, so we can match the most suitable deals to you.  Detailed information about how we store and use this data can be found in our privacy policy.

Can I unsubscribe from email communication?

Of course, no problem at all, just hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails.  We hope you stick with us though as you will get the most from your Food with Benefits card by hearing about the special deals and offers we have which we send primarily via email.

Do you pass my details to third party marketing companies?

No, we hate junk mail as much as we are sure you do, we will only use your details to contact you with your special offers, the only other people that will share your information are the guys at reward-it who run the loyalty card but we promise they wont spam you.

My points haven’t gone on from my last visit?

Don’t worry, sometimes it can take a few hours depending on internet speeds for points to be allocated, if not we can always look your visit up and apply the points manually, keep your receipts.

How do I update my account information?

Drop us an email with any change in email or contact number and we will do the rest for you

How do I know how many points I have?

You can logon to the rewards section of our website to check your points, you can also manage your birthday and regular email updates you receive from here

How do I accumulate points?

Every pound you spend at The White Horse on food and drink earns you a point, points can only be accumulated when eating and drinking.

Your points are calculated after any discounts have been made and does not include gratuities.

I’m so forgetful, I left my card in my other bag, can I still get my points?

This can be honoured at the duty manager’s discretion and their decision is final, we can only do this upon production of your receipt, just give us a call and we can add the points for you.

I thought I’d left my card in my other bag but I’ve lost it, what now?

Give us a call so we can cancel your old card and get your points transferred across to your new card

To save arguments can we split the points between cards?

No problem at all, we can split this over a maximum of two cards only.

So now I have all these lovely points, how do I use them?

Simply hand us your card when paying the bill and let us know which offer you would like, a current list of these are available in the restaurant and online and you will have enjoyed your Food with Benefits!

Will my points expire and is there a maximum I can earn?

Your points don’t have a shelf life so the good news is you can collect as many as you like.

Are there any limits on what I can redeem my points against?

Unfortunately you can’t redeem your points against set menu occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas menus etc but the good news is you can use them on Picnic benches.

You can’t use them against purchases of drinks only unless your reward is part of an upgrade special offer
